EMPLOYEE DATA MANAGEMENT…the core module
This is the base module of the HRM2001 system that manages employee information. It captures personal/demographic, dependent, benefit, qualification, remuneration, job classification, appraisal results and other useful data.
The Human Resources Series can help your organization gain the utmost from its resources by providing sophisticated information about classes of employees and individual workers. Key information that has been tracked using paper systems can be moved on-line and automated, improving efficiency.

The Event Tracking function provides flexible, comprehensive, user-definable information on employees' activities throughout their career. All occurrences relating to on the job matters, including commendation, discipline, medical history, industrial relations, etc. may be defined and dated. Where applicable, Event Reasons may also be linked to related Events as appropriate.
Based on the deployment of the application, suggested changes to employees' personal data, dependents, qualifications, etc. may be entered by any employee and held as transactions for approval. HR personnel may then review and update the system.
