HRM2001 provides the tools you need to effectively administer your benefits and ensure employees receive the most from the benefits you provide to them.

The Human Resources Series' Benefits component makes it easy to define and track benefits and to outline benefit options to employees. Use this component to enroll employees in health and life insurance plans, pension plans, and any number of applicable plans.  Because of HRM2001's tight integration, any benefit information entered within the Benefits component will appear automatically in the Payroll module. Deductions will be taken from employee earnings automatically, and information about employee benefits will be available to authorized personnel throughout the system.

At a glance, it is easy to review the benefits that have been assigned to employees along with their applicable beneficiaries and dependents. It becomes an invaluable tool when analyzing benefit costs and planning and forecasting costs in this area.

As many user-definable Benefit Plans as applicable may be set up for the company and Benefit records for employees

Plans may be set up to become effective on a future date

As applicable, employee deductions and employer contributions are maintained and processed automatically by the payroll

Employee beneficiaries and dependents may be assigned with required controls such as age limits where applicable
