Analysis views in Human Resources and inquiries in Payroll make it easy to put your fingers on the exact information you need without printing a report. The HRM2001 Reporting Sub-System provides a number of standard reports that may be selected and information printed as required. In addition, the Reporting Sub-System provides reporting flexibility via its own built-in report writer.

Some features that assist you in extracting information:

Copy and modify any of the standard reports already built into the HRM2001 System

Make format changes, save your report with a new name, and run it again and again

Select required data elements from predefined Data Veins

Use the Advanced Selection option to assist you in isolating data elements, such as ‘active employees only’ or ‘transactions

     within a date range’ - so you’ll get exactly what you ask for

Sort options, totals and page breaks are a few of the many features you’ll find useful

All Reporting Sub-System Reports may be printed, viewed on the screen, sent to a text file or exported to Microsoft Excel
